Glad I found these! I bought them to replace parchment paper but their shape and capacity have made them more useful than paper. They perfectly fit in the 1.8L, 8.2" x 8.2" x 2.1", 1.9 qt square baking dish. I baked pork chops, onions, potatoes and carrots, for instance, so that much food's weight isn't safe to handle in silicone without the dish under it. The baking dish stays perfectly clean. Super handy for countertop-cooking in an oven-style airfryer. Parchment still has its uses, but these save a lot at only 10 bucks for the pair. Fats wash off easily with a bit of warm sudsy water. I guess their collapsability would make them easy to store but I wouldn't know because I never really put them away. One's in the fridge, full of food and the other lines a baking dish in the airfryer.
