Side plates

I was looking for side plates and thought that that was what I had ordered on-line. Somehow what I picked up was dinner plates (likely I made a mistake when I ordered). Your staff person was kind and gracious in doing all the steps to fix the mistake, "return" the dinner plates, hand me the side plates that I wanted, and provide me with the difference in price between the two items. I wasn't surprised by her care and attention, because that seems to be what I always receive at Canadian Tire!
