My new Weber

My last Weber still worked perfectly well after about 12 years but I got a new one for Father’s Day. So it is proudly sitting on our deck and used just about daily. I did have to learn how to control the heat as the new features are much better. So far great results with everything from hamburgers to salmon. My family came and I did 14 lbs of ribs at once. Perfect! Stir frying vegetables is easy. Next I will try a whole turkey. It worked on the old one and should be better on my new one. Enjoy!

Excellent grill

Solid, very well-made grill. Assembly was straight-forward, contents were well protected in the packaging. Works like a dream, easy to ignite the burners, even heat distribution, very efficient. Definitely like the side burner, we use it to cook/fry foods that are messy or "heavy smelling" when done in the house (eg bacon). Getting used to the sear zone, never had that before. Works well for searing steaks without overcooking the middle. This is also our first natural gas grill, love it. Absolutely recommended.
