Decent enough size. I put one mat under my treadmill and I put two mats under my Marcy gym. They are as dense as a true rubber floor but are doing the trick so far. My only complaint is that the diamond plate pattern appearance of the mat is not square or aligned with the straight edges of the mat. The pattern is at a bit of an angle. It doesn't effect the performance of the mat but I did notice it.

A: This particular floor mat ( I have 6 for my home gym area ) is made out of foam. It is kind of thin, BUT it serves the purpose quite well. Princess Auto has similar ones>>>Company is called Prograde Anti-Fatigue Foam Floor Mat and the size is 46x93. Both are good for exercise area coverage. Hope this helps in deciding your purchase!
