Great item. My daughter had a big growth spirt and outgrew two CCM junior sticks within a couple of months. We added one extention for each stick and she should be good to go for the season. We added about 2/3 of the length so far with another 1.5" or so left to add as she continues to grow. Should be able to easily remove from these sticks and use again as well.
