Easy to use

It is my first time trying this type of casing - normally use hog casing. Is easy to use. Have to get used to the texture of the sausage once cooked.

Deceiving

Product is decent, needed it in a pinch but $40 for one length of casing is 3 times more than I buy from a local butcher. In the package it says contains 3 but there is only one stick.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Brittle and Dry

They are brittle and dry. They were hard to work with. I would suggest talking to your local butcher or meat department and get fresh casings when making homemade sausages.

No, I do not recommend this product.
