I bought your product 3x and I am NOT happy its rough hatd to use I had a bad cold and my nose was roughed up with your product I intentionly biught 3x knowing i would need it what a shere disapointment I purchased 2cases amonth ago I,m not asking for anything from you but to imptove your softness a disapointed client I am so sorry to have to tell u this but you need improvement if you plan to be a scotty of my home.
