When I went to pick it up only the lid was there. I returned it as it is no good without both the lid and the bottom. Therefore i cannot give a proper rating as i had to return it as the bottom part was missing

I have never in my life had such regret about purchasing an item. The flimsy sides and bottom of this storage box would offer no protection whatsoever for glass ornaments and the cheap vinyl trays refuse to hold their shape. However, the real frustration came when I tried to return the item because the store refused to accept any returns on Christmas trees, décor or ornaments after Dec 18th. Yet this storage box does not fall into any of those categories and there was nothing printed on my receipt to indicate returns would not be accepted. I was told there were signs all over the store and I should have seen them. According to the manager this is to deter customers from buying Christmas items, using them, and then turn around and return them after the holiday. Obviously, a storage box wouldn’t even be used until after the holidays so this made no logical sense to me. Then I was told that if an exception was made for me, she would have to make exceptions for everyone and then she would be getting her hand slapped. I left the store with the sense that this manager cared more about putting herself in a situation where she would have to defend her decision than upholding customer satisfaction.

Not the best quality, but it will work. Paid a little more that i think it is worth.

Not only were there missing trays and separators, the product is incredibly flimsy. The cardboard separators don’t keep the ornaments separated and all fall to the middle as soon as you pick it up. May as well save your money and use a grocery bag.

Good storage option albeit a bit flimsy.
