The unique 5-ply construction contains a heat-responsive copper core between aluminum layers for precise temperature control and unsurpassed heat retention. The beautiful detailing means you will want to take this cookware from the stovetop to the table to show off your cooked foods in style. Speaking of stovetops, each piece is compatible with all types of cooking surfaces, including induction.

  • Heat responsive copper core sandwiched between two layers of aluminum and two layers of stainless steel provides the ultimate heat distribution and control for commercial grade cooking results

  • The premium quality 18/10 stainless steel interior is non-porous, hygienic and will not interact with food

  • Contoured stainless steel handles are riveted on to pans for extra durability

  • Flared rim allows for convenient dripless pouring

  • Handwashing is recommended

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This set is great. Heavy and solid and built to last. Great heat distribution and its even oven safe. Dishwasher safe, but Ive been hand washing instead. Clean up is simple with soapy water. Great for all cooktops even induction. They look great too. I feel like Im on Food Network when Im using them. The lids fit so well too.

The copper trim gives it a beautiful, classy touch and it is of a heavy duty weight but still manageable to cook with. Very easy to work from stove top to oven and I love the ease to clean them. I was given this set for free for my review.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The product is really good quality in stainless steel and an elegant style! Solid, heavy and thick, several sizes of pots and pans each with their respective lid! The food does not stick and the best thing is that it is cleaned without so much effort, I leave it soaking with hot water and after a few minutes I pass the sponge and is very clean without residue! The have good capacity to cook large quantities since they are deep and you can cook for several people! Excellent quality compared to other brands that I have used before that are non-stick but then peel off little by little. I am just delighted I use them every Day.

Q: Why are the lids not as shown in the first video?? The lids that come with the are single ply not double play as shown and stated in the video? The pots are very nice, the lids however not so much. Disappointing. May return for that reason.

  • A: I bought it as a gift to my nephew and his wife. As a general opinion if the pots are great. I wouldn't return it. You don't need to have the lids to be 5ply.

  • A: It isn’t. The white you see is natural if the set isn’t cleaned. A simple plastic scrub pad and back to its brilliant shine. I’ve had my set for 6yrs now. I even bought my daughter-in-law a set a few years back.

Q: Why is there a set with tin rims for the lids and another set with thick rims for the lids? There's no way to identify on the box which one has the thick lid.
