    Incorrect specs

    The measurements indicate the baguette pan is 18.11" long. Wrong. It is 16" long. I returned the pan to the Vernon Canadian Tire and although I (the customer) was polite, the employee who handled the return was decidedly unpleasant, to the point of barely acknowledging me or making any eye contact. A little customer service training, please.
