I bought this pan a month ago and it's amazing to use, super easy to clean and use for any kind of cooking. Only thing I wish that it should be made slightly deeper and currently it bit shallow for cooking curry or deep frying.

Evenly fried meat.

I do find this pan is a little heavy but the food is more evenly cooked. It also is easy to clean if you add the butter once the pan is warm. Don’t need high heat either. I am very happy with it.
