One soup bowl had a large broken piece from loose packaging, two small plates were defective and one was also chipped - not one but three damaged items. So far no word from customer service at Canvas. CSA at Canadian Tire was pleasant, offered partial refund and keep damaged set or repackage and return to the store for a full refund + 30 minute drive. Very disappointing.

No, I do not recommend this product.

This is a lovely set and i am very happy with them. I would have liked the salad/side dish to be about an inch bigger. Nevertheless, so far so good.
