Needed a new pizza pan and didn't want to spend a fortune. This one is great. I still wipe it with a greased paper towel. The bottom of the pizza browns nicely but it does not get crispy which is fine with me.

A: Metal pizza cutters could compromise the nonstick coating if too much force is applied. Using a plastic cutter can reduce the chances of this happening.
