We've used this a half-dozen times since purchase and the no-stick part is excellent. Pan design (wide and fairly deep with auxilliary handle) is perfect for the larger burners on the stove. Heating is even and consistent. The one down-side is it eats our Frank-brand kitchen wash cloths as we wash them. It seems to be just the right kind of abrasive to pull out webs of fibres out of the cloths.

Q: The product description said no high heat at anytime during preheating or cooking. Always use low to medium heat. So how can I cook food that require high heat?

A: Good day, It is not recommended to use high heat. Cooking on excessive heat can cause permanent damage to the non-stick coating. Thanks to the extraordinary heat distribution of our The Rock products, it is not necessary to use a high heat setting for any cooking need.
