Q: The product description said no high heat at anytime during preheating or cooking. Always use low to medium heat. So how can I cook food that require high heat?

A: Good day, It is not recommended to use high heat. Cooking on excessive heat can cause permanent damage to the non-stick coating. Thanks to the extraordinary heat distribution of our The Rock products, it is not necessary to use a high heat setting for any cooking need.
