A: This Casserole / Dutch Oven is ridiculously easy to clean - even without pre-soaking. It literally takes me a couple of minutes to clean. :)

Q: I got this pot around a 2 months ago and there is some rust in the bottom inside, can i scrub it with salt then reseason it or is the pan beyond use?

A: I have one and never had a hitch with it . If it is rusty it is beyond use as it is not supposed to rusty get your warranty and they should replace it

Q: Can I wash this pot with soap and water? I ask because I got a cast iron pan that got rusted immediately water touched it so I had to return it back to the store, there I was told that cast iron just needed wiping with oil and I can't use water to clean i

A: Yes we wash ours all the time, we do not put it in the dishwasher, just hand wash and dry

A: Hello, on the packaging it states: "Always use low to medium heat setting. This cookware should NEVER be used on a maximum heat setting either for pre-heating or cooking as excessive surface temperatures can cause permanent damage to the non-stick surface". Have a nice day!
