A: No. This plastic will be very brittle in the cold, and will shatter with the least contact. Get a Rubbermaid bin, which is also sold at Can Tire. They last FOREVER.

A: 16.7 Litre = 13 x 10 x 6.5 tall (all in inches) 27.6 Litre = 13 x 10 x 13 tall 36.5 Litre = 21 x 14 x 6.5 tall All measurements without lid which has a 1.5 " rise, good containers, I bought many.

A: The totes were tested to (-40C) so they can be stored outside, However, we do not recommend dropping or hitting them with anything at such cold temperatures.
