Loaner tool

Borrowed this as part of the tool lending program. Essentially, you pay for it (they call it a deposit or something), then you can return it, so long as it isn't damaged or anything. Was actually kind of a pain in the butt.. Go to parts counter to get it, then to customer service to sign some documents and pay.. But if you wanna save a few bucks and only need the tool once... The tool itself didn't do what I needed it to do, but I knew it was a long shot going into it. The tool didn't fail or anything, it did its job, just couldn't grab on the part I needed it to really well. There was a better suited one, but it was already rented out. Long story short, no complaints
