Canvas has poor customer service

Canadian Tire was great to deal with. Delivery company as well. But the Chair arrived without the hardware to assemble. We contacted the company as the instructions states. They told us they would ship the hardware and it would be there in 7 business days. After waiting 8 business days we contacted the Canvas company again and they told us that everything was back ordered until the end of June and they actually never shipped the hardware to us. No apologies nothing just return the chair to the store for a refund. Unfortunately by this time the chair was already sold out and we had no way to return the chair as we paid to have it delivered because of this reason. We ended up having to purchase hardware for the chair and we kept the chair as it matched the sectional we had also purchased. Just really poor customer service from Canvas. So save yourself the trouble and just deal with Canadian Tire if you purchase this product.
