    Damaged

    Brought it home and it was damaged. Tiles broken and table bent. I shouldn’t have taken it home when I saw the condition of the box BUT they should have checked it before marking it for clearance.

    Just set the table up, good solid table, easy to assemble. Beautiful design. Price was reasonable. Looks like it will stand up to grand kids and elements.

    Poor quality control

    Product is as expected with one flaw. The weld on one of the table leg mounts isn't lined up square so the leg is twisted. As for the overall condition of the packaging, I was quite disappointed with how the store must have had the box in storage. There was obvious signs that the box was left in water or was exposed to water and was delaminating. The water exposure also was evident when the inside of the box had signs of mold. This shouldn't have happened.

    Q: If this table is left uncovered outside during the spring/summer, does any rain water or dust collect around the outer rims of the tiles? Do we need to remove them after a rain for cleaning? Thanks!

    • A: As part of regular maintenance, we do not require that the tiles are removed to clean their supporting bars. However, during long periods and in areas with high precipitation, we do suggest cleaning these areas. As with all outdoor furniture, we suggest that you use a protective cover with this table when not in use.

    Q: Is the centre piece with the umbrella hole able to come out and replace with the extra tile? We bought two tables and usually put our umbrella in the one most affected by the sun on our patio. We love the tables by the way!!
