Makes good Jerk!

The negative reviews seem to be from incorrect use. Do not wet it! I put the dry bisquette in the center of the grill and the meat on out outside. replace the bisquettes as they burn off. Makes very good, easy jerk chicken and pork.

Excellent for making some nice jerk meats! For jerk chicken this is amazing. Some reviews tried using this by dampening the briquettes and putting on a BBQ! How dumb are you? lol.. Spice your chicken with salt, pepper, brown sugar garlic powder, thyme, pimento, nutmeg and cinnamon, then use a nice wet rub afterwards, smoke till crispy and viola, incredibly flavourful Jamaican jerk.

Excellent product. Worked amazingly with home made jerk seasoned meat. The taste of pimento wood and cinnamon really help create that authentic Jamaican taste. People review this product above that never used it (then why sumbit a review) another says it doesn't work on Propane bbqs even when they were dampened... how do some people figure out how to use the bathroom. Seriously.
