Purchased this BBQ about a week ago, assembly was fairly easy. Have used it several times and am very happy with the purchase. Heats up quickly and cooks evenly. Warranty looks good and hope not to use it!

Disappointed

Purchased NG version. A week of owning , raccoons has started nesting inside bottom compartment because the back of it is open and no front doors.. Burners are ok except for the cheaply made painted burner shields, Overall overpriced, just paying for name. You can get similar bbq with same feature and sealed bottom compartment with doors for half the price. I highly doubt not recommend this bbq!!

Regarding the open back design on the REBEL 365, this is intentional to allow for proper airflow and ventilation around the unit. That said, we understand how this could create concerns with wildlife in certain environments, and we appreciate you calling this out.

For the burner shields, they are designed to protect the burners and promote even heat distribution. While discoloration can occur with use, they are built to perform reliably over time. If you have concerns about their condition, we’d be happy to take a closer look.
We also recognize that value is important when choosing a grill, and while our products are designed and tested to meet specific performance and durability standards, we understand that expectations can vary.

Bought itt last August. Cleaned it this week and the 3 sear plates that cover the burners looked like a 20 year old rusted car. These plates are just painted not porcelain or aluminum. Rest of bbq looked brand new .

Q: How does it do for rust? our last two (non-name brand) bbqs both rusted very quickly though we mostly kept them covered. Will this last at least four or five years on a deck through Saskatchewan weather?

  • A: So far, so good !! Just finish second winter. no problem so far. No rust, just normal use wear and tear. The big saver for me, it a good quality cover.
