Q: Should I always cook on the burner turned off after heating the BBQ up

A: Hi! You don’t always need to turn a burner off after preheating; it depends on what you’re cooking. Burners on: Great for burgers, steaks, and quick cooks (direct heat). One burner off: Best for larger or thicker foods like chicken or roasts (indirect heat). Always preheat with both burners on, then adjust as needed. Happy grilling!
