A bit disappointed.

I bought it, unpacked it, started to assemble it, quickly discovered a faulty panel. Contacted the company, and it’s taking longer than it should for them to ship me a replacement panel.

Great bbq but ... shipped with a dented and bent front panel.

Bbq is great, but the bottom front panel came all bent in the packaging ... the box was not damaged so it was packaged like that which is really sad.
You can see the damaged panel at the bottom of the attached picture.

A: Hi! Our Rebel3 grill comes with porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grids. These grates have a dense cast iron core coated with porcelain enamel. No need for frequent seasoning like bare cast iron; easier cleaning due to a smoother, non‑stick surface. But for best results, it's always recommended to add some oil before grilling. Thanks

A: The burners light via electronic ignition. The burners can be lit independently by turning the knob associated to the burner you want on and igniting it with our jet fire ignition system.

Q: Is there a 10-year bumper to bumper warranty on the Rebel series? The Freestyle series has this but there is no indication for the Canadian Tire branded "rebel" series.

A: you need to buy an adapter - it works that way from propane to natural gas but I have no idea if the reverse works...you might want to send it back

A: I would think any rotisserie would work. The rotisserie I have on our Rebel has been on 2 other previous, different brand BBQs. It still works fine so I just keep adding it to the next grill. Hopefully this will be the last swap I have to do.
