It has a classic fit and provides a custom fit through Shock Doctor's low-profile Gel-Fit liner, which moulds to your teeth for a tight and comfortable fit. It also offers added protection for extended usage. The Shock frame of the mouthguard shields both teeth and jaw from side impacts and can provide full mouth protection during intense impacts. It also protects your cheek and tongue, helps prevent teeth grinding, and keeps your teeth securely in place. The tri-bite stabilizers align the upper and lower jaw to ensure that the mouthguard stays in position. Furthermore, it features a reinforced inner grid for triple layer protection. Additionally, it comes with a convertible helmet tether, allowing you to use it strapped or strapless based on your preference. It’s flavored!

My son knew it was flavored but I did not, so it was such a surprise when I opened the package and it smelled exactly like grape koolaid! Shock Doctor are our favorite mouth guards. The molding process is simple and effective. They work great. We use ours for taekwondo.

If you're into playing sports that require wearing one... I strongly suggest giving Shock Doctor Gel Max Power a try and you to will be in "shock" (see what I did there?😂) Not only is is pretty, red and with the Kool-Aid Man on the front, it also offers the following features: ❤️ Protection-the shock frame shields teeth and jaws from side impacts ❤️ Offers Custom Fit-low profile, gel-fit liner that custom molds to teeth for tight, comfortable fit ❤️ Stay Put-tri-bite stabilizers that align both upper and lower jaws ❤️ Reinforced inner grid for triple protection ❤️ Latex free, BPA free, Phthalate free ❤️ Meets both state and national high school rules/requirements ❤️ Strapped or strapless with the quick release tether provided...the choice is up to you! ❌ Side note- NOT TO BE USED WITH BRACES ❌ All in all...no complaints here as my nephew loves his and wears it the entire time at practice and wrestling tournaments for his high school.
