No replacement liner available

I was gifted this pool and I have used it for 4 summers, I think. I upgraded to a bigger pump and have replaced some of the hoses. It is the perfect depth and size for me.!
Problem!!! I would like to get a replacement liner and it is impossible to get one! The customer service number on the side for Coleman pools takes you to best way and they do not carry a replacement liner for this product!!! I have been trying for two years now and nothing!!!

Huge Disappointment

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
Our daughter & son-inlaw gifted us this pool. Did not even have it 3 full seasons. The pools & tee bars rotted fr the rust. Tried numerous times to have something done with customer services, showing pictures, the receipt... not even a call or email response.
Save your money!

Don’t waste your money

Bought this pool in August 2021. Put up for the 2022 season, took down and back up for 2023 season. By mid way through 2023 season it was starting to rust and polls needed reinforcements. Was able to stretch it out for most of the 2024 season but it was completely rusted and falling apart. Our family has had pools for many many years. We always buy intel (new and used) and never had an any issue. Decided to “splurge” on this new one and it is not worth it. Getting in touch with customer service to try and even purchase new parts is impossible.
Save your $ and buy the intel pools.

A: I bought a sand pump for my 15' pool3 years ago.Way better than the pump it comes with.I hardly use any chemicals.Dont use a salt filter.Anything metal will rust.

A: Not sure about that specific brand. We purchased a sand pump from pool supplies Canada.ca and it works well with the pool! We also purchased the filter balls for the sand pump and are happy with those as well.

A: Yes. With the seats all folded down the box fit in our Nissan Armada. The box is very heavy so have two people to lift in your vehicle.

A: Hi Mark and thank you for your interest in the Coleman Round Steel Frame Pool. It is strongly recommended to disassemble the pool for the winter. The above ground pools may collapse under the weight of ice and snow, which would greatly damage the PVC pool walls. We recommend disassembling the pool when temperatures fall below 8ºC / 45ºF. The pool must be thoroughly cleaned with a mild soap and water solution and carefully rinsed to completely remove soap suds and dirty residue. Make sure the pool is completely dry before storing it. The pool should be stored indoors at a moderate temperature between 5ºC / 41ºF and 38ºC / 100ºF. Please store away from chemicals, rodents and out of reach of children.

A: Saltwater shouldn’t hurt the liner but it will rust out your legs quicker than a chlorinated pool.

Q: How do you put the cover on the 18 x 52 pool? The cover that came with our pool isn’t fitting and we had two strong guys trying to get get it on. Could we have gotten the wrong size cover with our purchase?

A: Hi ACharleson. The debris cover is meant to have a snug fit and you do need 2 people to put it on. Leaving the cover out in the sun to soften it will make it stretch and should be easier to put on.

A: We have never measured the depth of water but we generally have the water approximately 6-8” from the top for our kids safety to ensure they can stand on bottom.

Q: Do the 1'-2' fences attach to the top frame of this pool to follow bylaws?

A: Where we live the bylaw stipulates that if the pool walls are 48" or higher no fencing is required ....... unless you add a ladder or deck or both for access - then you need to have a lockable gate at the top of the stairs.
