Great insulation, attachment needs work

It's a great quality water bottle in terms of insulation - I've left cold water in my hot car for an entire day and this kept the water cold! The only thing I'm sad about is that the "narrow spout" attachment on the inside cracked the other day. I don't really know how because I didn't put it through much use so far (I've had it for two months). Maybe a different material would work better for durability? It would also be nice if you could purchase this attachment separately in case it breaks -- I don't need an entirely new water bottle, just the attachment.
