No warranty in Canada

Yes, it’s a nice colour, and a good design. But the zip split open on the first trip with the suitcase, and when I tried to claim on the 10 year warranty, I discovered that Canadians have to ship the suitcase to a service centre (in Vancouver, other side of the mountains) for assessment - at my own cost! So this company provides a far inferior service to Canadians, as well as a poor quality bag. Luckily, CT exchanged it for an Outbound product that has a real warranty in Canada.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Lovely colour!

I am giving a 4 star because I have not had a chance to use it. I bought the yellow suitcase and I just love the colour. It will stand out at the carousel. It seems to be well made and the wheel rolled very smoothly. Hope it works as good as it looks!!
