Pole for door

Bought tent watched video seems like missing pole. Went back and opened a new one to find the same. Called Colman from the store and the lady had no ideal anything about tents. My ask was did they redesign to eliminate smaller door pole that acts like a hinge. The video shows it there. Got my money back

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is it instant or quick setup tent? How long it takes to setup?

  • A: I can set it up myself in about half an hour, with another person it's 15-20min. The roof works like a normal dome tent and then you just add poles around the edge to jack it up off the ground, then put the rain fly on and peg everything down, very straightforward.

Q: How many mattress will fit in tent? Singles / Queen?

Q: Wondering if the room divider goes completely from one side to the other? Also does it zip closed or just tie shut?

  • A: It hangs from hooks that go into loops in the ceiling and then it splits down the middle with velcro to hold it shut. It doesn't provide 100% privacy as there can be gaps between the various points of connection. Two parties could change clothes on either side without seeing each other's naughty bits but only if nobody's being a creep.

  • A: We had very heavy rain the first time we used it and not a drop inside, granted I find that's the case with all tents when they're brand new but we've had it in a couple light showers since and still no leaking.
