Coleman Big Bay sleeping bag

I only tried while at home on the couch but after only being in it for a few minutes it started to warm up drastically. Pretty sure this will be great for those cold nights while camping and even winter camping. Cant wait to try in the cold elements.

Pros:
Finally a sleeping bag that combines the “mummy style” back country shape with a looser interpretation on the tight fit.
Plenty of space for a 194cm guy who likes to turn around while sleeping, with side space for arms and knees.
The zipper is phenomenal, with the small plastic addition guide it does not catch the side materials and finally a bag that you don’t feel “trapped in” due to a stuck zipper.
The leg opening is cool, and having a softer material for the legs is also nice. One coud open the zipper at the leg and still walk around without the need to totally come out of the bag (did not try it, but might be handy for “sleepwalkers :-)”.
Con:
The inside material feels a bit plasticky for my confort.
It is not too heavy but is a couple dg more than I would have loved measured at 2.7kg, some 0.5 kg more than a trough backcountry bag, but not too much for still qualifying for carry on.
The holding bag is a bit tight, it takes a bit of wrestling to put it back and I wish the compression stripes would have gone around the bottom to so one does not have to reinforce them.
Overall a great bag for the tall and wider armed person. To big for a smaller body.
I got it at Canadian Tire so it is good investment. A bit to expensive on the regular price compared with similar Wood bags. None if the Woods bags go over 84cm with this one is 91cm and wide at the knee too so that made my decision towards this bag.

Sleeping bag delivers space and warmth.

The sleeping bag delivers in terms of girth facilitating side or back sleeping, Most importantly, the bag provided warmth while camping in the backcountry with temperatures dropping to 0 degrees Celsius. Put simply, I loved the sleeping bag.
