It is a good kit to have for the RV, camping, road trip and hiking. I used it to sew back on the pocket of my work coat after a viscous animal attack ( my Beagle chewed through the inside pocket to get to the bag of puppy treats). The needles are hard to thread, the thread is hard to unravel from the spools and the scissors are almost useless. Has an included finger protector, multiple colors of thread and needles, some pins and other detritus for urgent repaired. I found the needle thereafter after I was putting everything away. It is worth the price. Unfortunately the kit does not have any safety pins. I am glad I was able to buy the kit and it is worth its price in case of a wardrobe malfunction
