Carry on for Europe

I preferred a top loading (rather than clamshell) style. This held everything needed and easy to wheel and light enough to carry when required. The telescoping handle has two intermediate points, but getting it to "lock in" on a lower level always took a few tries up and down.

My suitcase was torn on the seam. It was a brand new suitcase. It was fine prior to volunteering my suitcase to be placed in cargo area (flight attendant asked passengers whoever wanted to volunteer their luggage in cargo over the intercom prior to loading the plane)
