    The bicycle was the right size for my little one. I appreciate that there is a chart in store to check for sizing, and I really appreciate the team member who helped with recommendations and answered my questions. I was informed that there are no refunds for bicycle, but there is a 30-day period to help fix any issues. We haven't faced any yet. The bicycle also has a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

    Bike was very poorly assemble in store (Bancroft, ON). Neither brake worked, and front wheel not properly aligned. Bike itself appears to be medium quality, poor value for the price.
