PRODUCT IS GOOD, BUT CHECK LOT NUMBERS SO ALL ARE THE SAME

The product itself was good. I bought six rolls at a cost of $300 plus tax to do a living room walll (20 feet). When I applied it, there were three different colour variations. I Googled how that could be and found there are lot numbers on each roll you purchase. Bottom line, the customer representative should have been aware of this and ensured that all roll lot numbers were the same.

You’re absolutely right that lot numbers matter, as slight shade differences can occur between production runs, and using rolls from different lots in the same space can sometimes result in visible variation.

TERRIBLE AND DAMAGING TO PAINT

Purchase 4 rolls from Canadian Tire with all #’s matching from the same dye lot. Washed walls day before application. Applied wallpaper which was a nightmare to try and match. Took hours and hours of trying to match and apply . Trying to readjust which is supposedly easy took patches of paint along with it. So disgruntled at the false impression of the ease of installing. I have successfully installed many rolls of wallpaper and never encountered such issues when installing. NOW…I finally take the time to look at it again only to see that the dye lots DO NOT match!! It looks like garbage! Months later and over $200. spent, walls damaged and now the paper is falling off at the corners!! Enough said. I am requesting a FULL refund please.

Poor representation of grass cloth.

Granted this is peel and stick wallpaper but I was expecting something a bit better from York. This grass cloth wallpaper looked as if someone took a photo and copied it onto peel and stick plain wallpaper. Pretty awful. I would never hang this product.
