JB Weld™ Syringe is the original cold-weld™ two-part epoxy system that provides strong, long-lasting repairs on metal and multiple surfaces. Mixed at a 1:1 ratio, it forms a permanent bond and can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded and drilled after curing. At room temperature, JB Weld™ sets in 4-6 hours to a dark gray color. Complete curing is achieved in 15-24 hours. JB Weld™ has a tensile strength of 5020 PSI and bonds strongly overnight. Can withstand temperatures up to 550⁰ when fully cured

Lawnmower repair

Tried several other products to no avail. Had to glue a small brake pad to a metal part for my lawn mower. It helps stop the fly wheel. I’ve cut the lawn several times and the glue has held.

Did not hold to a plastic water tank. Waited 48 hours before testing & it peeled off easily even though surface had been ruffed up with sandpaper prior
