LOVE THIS FIREPLACE; IT IS PERFECT. HOWEVER, THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATING IS A LITTLE FUZZY FOR THOSE OF US THAT ARE A LITTLE CHALLENGED. IT IS LUCKY THAT I HAVE A SON-IN-LAW AND GRANDSON THAT HELPED. IN BOTH THE INSTALLATION AND THE HOW TO. OVERALL IT IS A BEAUTIFUL FIREPLACE.

Solid and beautiful

[Employee of canadiantire-ca] I was pleasantly surprised and the quality of this fire place and it came together well. Used a fine blade and castor oil to remove the top warning sticker about tv height, as there won’t be a tv on top of it. The finish was darker than pictured, more of a traditional walnut and less cherry- but it still works well in the space. Happy with the addition to the living room.

Warning Sticker ruined my beautiful furniture piece

The instructions and assembly were both great. The variety of flame and ember settings are great. I am proud to have this beautiful furniture in my home. However, on top of the cabinet was a sticker to tell me what max. weight of TV it would hold. That ugly orange Warning Sticker ruined my beautiful furniture piece. I spent almost an hour trying to get that sticker off, as I don't have a TV to put over it. I had to use chemical cleaners to get the glue off and there is still an outline of the sticker left on the cabinet, so the glue has damaged the finish on the cabinet. A beautiful piece of furniture defaced by a useless warning sticker. If the finish peels in the future I will be claiming warranty. CTire and CANVASS you should do better.

A: Hello, in all honesty I have not noticed any real difference. I certainly did with AC but not this heater - and it heats so fast an well that I do not even have to have it on long. Highly recommend - it adds style, ambience and heat.
