Size is not always correct

It turns out not all 16 x 25 x 5 filters are actually the same size. Have now wasted $60 on a filter that says the right numbers but does not have any hope of actually fitting. Baffled why they would say the same size when they are actually different. What a terrible system for customers.

beware of exact specified dimensions

The filter itself is good, but the furnace world has made the filters confusing. This one is full actual dimensions. The one our furnace uses is the same stated size but the 'actual' size is a fraction of an inch smaller on all three dimensions, so does not fit. Confusing when ordering on line and requiring extra care to read all the buried extra specifications.

Canadian Tire cancelled this order after two weeks of waiting stating there was no inventory. In store had several of the identical products at a non sale price. Not happy with this experience.

You can tell it’s made from high quality materials and what’s not to like about a filter that’s going to remove more allergens, more bacteria and even viruses??? Amazing!
