    Terrible online description and representation of product

    I bought these online based on the dimensions provided on the website for the 6” Diffuser. When it was time to install they do not fit correctly or fit with my duct work installed. The dimensional picture shown online for the 6” diffuser is actually the picture which should be listed for the 4” diffuser. This cost me a return to the store from a rural area which is quite a drive as well as setting my Reno time back. Do better Canadian Tire. If you are selling products online at least have the correct pictures added to the products

    Discolours quickly

    We moved in Sept.,2019, so just a bit over 2 years and already the ones on the south west corner are now a cream/light beige. They are lovely to look at and work well but unfortunately do not retain their white colour.
