Got it installed today pellets read low with full hopper and hopper only holds 70 lbs at best. Fan is pretty load

The store emitted smoke smell which got steadily worse over the time,caused Our eyes to burn. It didn't burn the pellets completely, it make a large amout of soot and ash.

Q: picture of the back of the stove? I already have pipes from a previous pellet stove and would like to see where the exhaust is? need to know the side and how far from the ground to the centre of the exhaust. Mine is 17" from floor to center on right side
