Cracked Handle

I purchased a 3 pack, used 1 that seemd OK but when I went to use the 2nd one the valve would not close, the handle just spun. I removed the handle and it was cracked, i looked at the other handle in the package and it was also cracked. This is totally unacceptable for a water shutoff product. What do i do now, shut the water off and remove the 2 valves for warranty? I should have spent $2 more and bought a more reliable product.

Two out of the three plastic handles broke immediately after installation. I got water all over my floor thinking I had closed the valve not realizing that the cheap plastic handle had busted causing it to spin freely. I was able to return without a problem.

Cut the pipe, sanded very lightly with 3000 grit wet/dry, checked for burrs then popped these guys on. Works great so far... easy peasy

The concept is great but the cheap plastic handles are garbage. I tested all three before i went to install them one broke and one i heard crack and this is a test brand new out or the package. The sad part is all the supplies Canadian tire had have the same plastic handle so i went to another store where the part and handles were all metal

A: It is a 3 pack. I would avoid this brand, unless it is a permanent item. It is very difficult to remove these, as opposed to the main brand, which come off quite easily.
