Leaks like crazy

I wish I had read the negative reviews. Picked these up to flush my tankless water heater. Installed the washers before using but when connected to the pump they sprayed vinegar all over me and the room. Spray was coming out between the free metal ring and the fixed part. Will be returning and buying something else.
