Product Details
The Watts Brass Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve protects hot water tanks and heaters up to 105,000 BTUs. The valve’s extended bronze shank fits onto water heaters with thick insulation while the male inlet and female outlet connections simplify installation. The thermostat contains a special coated element that senses when rising pressure or temperature threatens the system, automatically releasing excess fluid to prevent damage. The valve provides a pressure relief range of 75 to 150 PSI (5.2 to 10.3 bars) and features standard pressure settings of 75, 100, 125, or 150 PSI (5.27, 7.03, 8.79, or 10.55 bars). Tested at the factory, a built-in lever allows you to check the valve’s performance after installation. Meeting both ASME and CSA standards, this valve provides essential safety for water heating systems. The valve is compatible with Series SL100XL, L100XL, LL100XL, and LLL100XL water heaters.

Q: Please advise availability of a temperature and pressure relief valve: 1/2” connection (not 3/4”) 75 psi (not 150 psi) 210 degree F This is for a small hot water tank which was on a boat. The original valve was a Watts model 1XL
