Poor experience

Bought this snowblower 3 weeks ago. Got the first one home and it wouldn't start. Already had gas in the tank, so I'm guessing it was a return that i got saddled with. Returned it for another and it started fine. Fifteen minutes into my first job, it wouldn't drive. Cable was loose. Also the handle bolts were all loose. Whoever assembled it didn't tighten all the screws. Ended up losing one of the handle bolts. Emailed jdna.com twice to address it. Nothing but crickets. Pretty nice machine, but super shoddy service.

very upset about the product and services

The product stopped working within 30 minutes of first start and never started again.
Pulling cord is out completely and does not spring back inside.
Drove 2 hours from Iron bridge to buy the product.
Seems like it was not brand-new product, as the pulling cord already sticking out, when picked up.
Drove back to Sudbury to return the snowblower.
The crew did return the money; however, they must know the product they are selling.
Lost valuable time, effort and without result (unable to clean the snow). very upset.

Poor design or defective unit

Bought this and used it for a total of 5 minutes and broke two shear pins. Appears that there is either a design flaw or this one is defective because auger is catching the head of the bolts for the skid shoe breaking shear pins repeatedly. Would not recommend unless this is a one off.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great snow blower

I just recently bought this but I love it after the first couple usages. It handles the snow very well with lots of power and hand warmers are an excellent feature.

So far after using it a few times it has been excellent with lots of snow, seriously throws it pretty far, wet heavy stuff easy to move.

A: I cant give you the exact measurements of the crate box it comes in, but it is big. I advise a pickup truck or trailer as I cant see it fitting in a compact SUV. 'Maybe' a fullsize, but even that is questionable as there is often a skid attached to the box.
