Absolutely terrible

This is the worst trimmer I’ve ever used. The battery lasts 10 minutes exactly and has since the day I bought it. We didn’t have much rain last year so I didn’t have a lot of grass to trim, this year is different. It takes 3+ hours to fully charge and dies 10 mins into the job. Will be attempting to return it.

my husband purchased this close to the end of last year. if your lucky, you can get 20 minutes of use after a full charge which just took 5 hrs! this battery has maybe been used 5 times to date. il stick to electric or gas next time.

Q: I just got the WG162 out of the box, how do I tilt the head? It is in a straight line out of the box.

A: If you have the machine in the position it was in out of the box and have the safety guard attached, lay it on the floor with the black safety guard down flat with the handle out to your right. Lightly step on the guard with your left foot to hold it in place and with your right hand take hold of the shaft and lift upward. It might feel as though it will not move but it will ratchet through several positions on the way to vertical. Once you have it vertical, take hold of the black twisting piece in the middle of the shaft and pull upward. You will feel the shaft give an inch or so allowing you to turn the handle a quarter turn to the left. You are now in the trimming position and can adjust the angle down to the angle comfortable for you.

A: Hello Moon. The model and the serial number is located directly on the trimmer shaft towards the bottom in a small black tag label. The model(SKU) number will begin with WG## the serial number will begin with a year. Q: Are you supposed to leave battery pack in the charger (plugged in) when not in use?

A: Great question, we do not recommend leaving the battery attached to the charger when plugged in. After the battery is fully charged, remove it off the charger or unplug the charger from the socket.
