I have used this a few times and though they say the battery last for a few hours, I find it often runs out of charge in 4 minutes and takes over 4 hours to charge. Really nice to operate though and quiet.

This lawn mower put a smile on my face

I bought mine a week ago and used over the weekend. The power is more than sufficient. It's very lightweight and quiet. Super easy to use and store. As I was mowing, I thought this is so simple and easy to use. Time will tell how it will hold up but after mowing for almost 20 minutes, I looked down and I was still at 4 bars of battery. This mower is impressive and I don't say that often.

From my first grass trimmer purchased in 2014 to my most recent purchase, my WORX 40v, 21" Brushless Lawn Mower, all my WORX tools have performed flawlessly. I still have my WORX 56v 19" mower purchased in March 2016 with the ORIGINAL batteries. I just passed it along to my son to use and purchased this mower. Used it once before winter set in. Did a GREAT job cutting the lawn and mulching leaves and it's SO QUIET! Battery usage was minimal to do about a half an acre. I am confident I will be VERY happy with this mower also! Keep up the great work!

Q: Can a WA3520 battery be used with this mower?

A: Hello! Thank you for your question. The batteries technically will work in the mower. However, the batteries runtime will be very short if they even are able to start the mower fully. We recommend using the 5.0AH batteries to get optimal runtime and the tool will come with them. Thank you for choosing Worx!

Q: Please let me know where or how to purchase a new orange start-up key. Just purchased a new 40v electric, self propelled but the plastic key used to start it cracked a piece off so there's is no way to start it now. I've only used it 4xs on a small yard.

Q: Mulch plug just moves up & down depending on bagging operation or does it slide off? Do you need the side shoot to be on? Do you take side shoot off when bagging? If bag is on & you want to mulch, do you have to take bag off?

A: Hello there! Thank you for your inquiry. The WORX WG752 is a 3‑in‑1 mower, offering bagging, mulching, and side discharge, and the mulch plug does not move automatically up and down. It is a separate insert that must be installed or removed depending on which mowing mode you are using. When bagging, the mulch plug must be removed and the grass collection bag installed so clippings can flow into the bag; the side discharge chute is not used and should be removed if it is attached. When mulching, the bag must be completely removed, and the mulch plug installed to block the rear discharge opening so grass is recut and returned to the lawn—mulching will not work properly if the bag is still attached. When using side discharge, the bag is removed, the mulch plug is not installed, and the side discharge chute is attached to direct clippings to the side.
