The sand is wet inside so it freezes when bag is outside and you can't use the sand. It is like a block. Why isn't dry sand put in the bag?

This is a garbage product, went in for ice melter that was on sale and true to Canadian Tire fashion as usual, there weren’t any left! The sand is dirty tracking in and my horrible choice.

Je aurais aimé savoir qu’il fallait le garder au chaud avant de l’utiliser… le produit est bon, c’est juste que celui-ci ne peut pas être conservé au froid de l’extérieur, puisque il a une texture comme les sables kinétique des enfants. Puisqu’il est comme mouillé, il gèle en bloc.

A: It says at the bottom of the bag "Environment friendly because it contains 100% abrasive sand." I'd say it's about twice the grit of playsand.
