With a noise level of 61 dB(A), the 224cc OHV engine produces 5500 starting watts and 4000 running watts on gasoline with a run time of 20 hr. at 25% load on a full tank of gasoline. We live offgrid. Use the generator with propane to charge our batteries in winter. We can barely hear the machine when we are in the house, it's easy to start and easy to move back in the house when not in use. 100% satisfied.
