For all the negative comments.. those are people who are clearly not competent. It is a bit confusing getting the straps on, just watch an YouTube video and it is the easiest thing ever and is very sturdy. Amazing hard hat and light weight.

The perfect waste of time

The strap assembly is the worst I've ever encountered on any hard hat as others have mentioned. It won't stay attached and is extremely finicky without a heap of JB weld to hold it in. If you enjoy wasting time messing around with junk instead of doing actual work it's perfect!
