Not very good, won’t buy again. Doesn’t seal, or shine, just stays wet and difficult to buff off of counter. There are far better products elswhere.

Q: Hello, could you please advise if the Rock Doctor polish & protectant product will bring back the shine/lustre/gloss of white quartz after sanding down quartz that is damaged:stained?

A: No, it won't. This is simply a polish to restore shine (and honestly, I don't find it works that great). You'll need something much more solid, like a hard varnish to coat your granite. This is not the product you need.

Q: Hi … looked hard with no luck to find ingredients on the oils used in this product. Wondering if it contains any nut oils , I am anaphylactic to peanuts and tree nuts . Look forward to hearing from you . Thank you

A: Thanks for the inquiry....we do not use any nut oils in the manufacturing process for Rock Doctor.

Q: Hello, we are noticing rings appearing more easily on the surface of our sealed granite, does this product remove them?

A: The Rock Doctor Granite&Quartz Polish will not remove rings. We would suggest cleaning the surface first with our cleaner and maybe using a non-abrasive brush to eliminate the rings. Our Polish will be a good product to apply after cleaning because it will help to prevent further rings from developing. This product will help to cause moisture to bead up and therefore will not create a ring as easily. Thanks!

Q: Hello Will this product fix damage done to marble countertop from overspray of bathroom cleaner onto countertop?

A: The Rock Doctor Polish will add some luster to the surface but it will probably not fix what it appears like is etching that has occurred. Marble is a very soft surface and many times harsh cleaners will etch the surface. To fix it you will typically need to buff out the surface. You might want to contact a local stone fabricator for advice.

Q: Is this product safe with food. Can I prepare food on my kitchen counters after useing this product?

A: Here is the response from the vendor: "In the most strickest terms, we would have to say no. In order to claim that any product is “safe” on food, we would have to have approval from the USDA and truly there are not many “cleaning “or “polishing” products that would qualify that way. Even most “green” items I would say would not technically qualify as “safe” for food prep areas. That being said, we have had this product on the market and have never had any issues with it. In most cases, when preparing food, use a cutting board or other surfaces that can be put in the dishwasher."
