Extremely accessible and easy to install, Honeywell Wireless Doorbell Push Buttons implement a no tools, no wires and no fuss approach. Setup requires no more than a few minutes and includes all of the necessary hardware needed for quick activation. The use of Honeywell ActivLink technology will offer owners increased versatility as they'll be afforded the ability to sync multiple wireless push buttons to a doorbell. Wireless Doorbell Push Buttons illuminate a halo light when pressed. A weather resistant exterior has been added to maximize durability. Ideal doorbell system but push button fatally flawed

I really like how loud and portable the chime is but the push button is just not dependable. I originally bought 2 buttons for front & back doors paired with 2 chime units, each configured to ring differently depending on which button is pressed ... awesome. However, the front door button started sticking and then would sound spontaneously in the middle of the night. We switched to a series of different video doorbells for a few years unsuccessfully until I could convince my wife to try this again a couple of months ago using only the button that had been at the rear door. Today, that button doesn't work at all despite having a good battery and it can't be re-paired with the chime units which are fine. Now I have to decide whether to spend $18 for a new button, find a completely different/inferior wireless doorbell system or revert to the wired system we used 20 years ago. Why can't this Honeywell door button just do its one job?
