The CTC store in Gananoque is very under staffed. It is difficult to find an attendant to get advice on a product or where to find it. This has been the pattern for the last few years. I think it is primarily at the Gan store. Contrast this with the service at Home hardware, which has excellent service. I am a CTC card holder.
